I think, especially during a time of econ...I agree. I think, especially during a time of economic crisis, layoffs, and 11 million people owing more on their homes than they're even worth, this kind of practice only stifles Americans abilities to pull themselves out of their debt. Many people didn't willfully fall in to bad debt. They lost a job, were injured, lost a spouse.
